Terms Of Sale All sales are final. Full payment for printing, graphic design, bindery, cd duplication, shipping and handling is required before any work can begin. Print jobs sent to press or printed on paper, are non-refundable. On CD Duplication orders above 500 we will do our best to guarantee the full quantity is shipped. The CD Duplication / Replication and Printing industries use a 10% overrun and/or underrun rule of thumb to account for possible errors in the CD data or the quality of the printing on the CD. We personally inspect every CD we package and test random samples from your order to ensure that your data or audio master was copied correctly. If for any reason you are not happy with your ENTIRE order we will do our best to correct the problem but we do not give refunds, only a store credit. You understand that occasional errors may occur on some CDs or Printed Flyers.Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Creativeje.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Creativeje.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Creativeje.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Shipping Price Changes
Once your order is place, if the Post Office or UPS changes their prices (which they have) if the change isn't too great (over 10% for example) we'd eat the difference and send you your order. If we can obtain a significantly cheaper price on shipping after your payment has been received we will give you a store credit for the difference.

CreativeJE.com WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY MISPRINTS OR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM A MISPRINT, CreativeJE.com WILL AT MOST REPLACE THE DOLLAR COST OF A JOB.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT SLIGHT COLOR VARIATIONS WILL OCCUR.
Paying By Money Order or Certified Check?

Money orders/cashier's checks are accepted for U.S. orders only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept international money orders. Contact us to make other payment arrangements.
Money orders can be purchased from US post offices, many gas stations, convenient stores & supermarkets. Cashier's checks can be purchased at any bank or check cashing facility.
Hours Of Operation and Holidays
Creativeje.com is ready to take your orders 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. If you need to contact us, however, then please take into consideration our hours of operation, which are Monday through Thursday, 9 am-7 pm, Friday 9am-4pm (Eastern Standard Time). We are usually closed Saturdays and Sundays. We are also closed on the following holidays: Christmas Holiday 25th and 26th, Passover, New Years Day, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Festivus and Thanksgiving.
